Internal Server Error when trying to access Kibana Logs#

This usually happens when a tenant has not been select. To fix this you can follow the following steps:

  • Open your user profile menu and select "Switch tenants."

  • You'll see a pop-up window that says "Select your tenant." Select "choose from custom," select your tenant, and click "confirm."

  • Go back to the "Discover" tab and attempt you query again.
  • You should now be able to see your logs.
